It must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Software, digital downloads, and product keys

Opened printer cartridges or consumables

Items with broken seals or damaged packaging

Products showing signs of physical damage or misuse

Custom-built computers or special-order items

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage.

Our team will review and, if validated, offer:

A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

A full refund if replacement is not possible.

We may require you to return the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, or bank transfer).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly supplied.
